Position description:
Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in Wisconsin. ADD provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records to the Insurance, Financial, Towing, Salvage and Dealer Industries. As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Auto Data Direct In-State and Out-of-State title services, as well as State Motor Vehicle records within Towing and Dealer markets within your territory. You will serve as the subject matter expert for our solutions and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current customers, as well as finding new accounts. In this role, you are eligible to receive a company car for both business and personal use. You will also be provided with a tablet, iPhone, and home office equipment. This role requires 50% travel across a territory that includes WI, MN, and IL.

Training:
Our training consists of time with experienced representatives in the field. You will also travel to our Auto Data Direct office in Tallahassee, FL for hands-on training on our CRM and ADD products and services.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ 1-2+ years related sales experience
+ Automotive Dealer and title knowledge preferred
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Experience working remotely
+ Must be a self-starter with the ability to schedule time effectively
+ Ability to travel 50%

$50,000 – $60,000 / year
