Job Overview
Territory Sales Manager for the Washington Market: The primary goal for this position is to grow Rogue beer sales and visibility in the state by effectively building a relationship with our distributor partners through educating and motivating their sales team, gaining quality distribution, managing budgets and maintaining adequate inventory. The second priority is to enhance the presence of Rogue products on the shelf by executing national account programs and growing sales in local and regional chains. The ideal candidate will live near the Seattle area, but consideration can be made for select major metro areas outside of Seattle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Establish relationships and maintain a high level of interaction and communication with wholesaler partners
+ Ensure execution of chain planner and display programming
+ Secure placements and sales programs in key local chains, while developing relationships with buyers and local managers.
+ Conduct regular visits at Rogue accounts to grow sales and presence.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 5+ yrs managing a distributor network.
+ Experience selling alcoholic beverages to wholesaler network.
+ Strong presentation and analytical skills.

Travel
This is a field-based position that requires consistent travel throughout the Washington State Market. Travel will be roughly 3-4 overnights per month (Spokane, Tri-Cities) with the rest of the travel being focused on Everett through Tacoma.
