ActionLink is hiring Territory Sales Representatives to deliver hands-on sales and technical support for Power Sports products through retail and at-home services. This role combines mechanical expertise and B2B sales with customer service skills to provide product assembly, troubleshooting, and sales support under the guidance of the District Manager.

Your Adventure Awaits:

Support Sales and Technical goals, using consultative selling techniques at Walmart and partner retailersProcess basic product orders, learn and demonstrate Power Sports product features and benefits, and perform basic assembly and maintenanceConduct at-home customer visits for product setup and troubleshooting, and escalate complex technical issues as neededSet up and maintain product displays according to provided planogramsMaintain organized and safety-compliant product presentationsMonitor inventory levels and report stock needsSubmit daily activity reports via mobile deviceProvide professional customer service, follow up post-service and maintain 4.8/5+ customer satisfaction scoresDocument service activities and learn warranty processes and maintenance procedures

What you bring to the Team:

2+ year experience in retail sales, mechanical repair, or customer serviceValid driver's license with clean recordBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn power sports product repairMust have basic understanding and ability to use hand-held and power toolsAbility to use basic computer applications for daily reportingPhysical capacity to lift 75 lbs for product assembly and operate hand/power tools

Physical Requirements:

Daily local travel requiredMust be able to use a computer and mobile devicesMust be mobile and able to stand for six (6) hours and able to lift 75 lbs
