Territory Sales Representative - Machine Control

We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our client's team in Atlanta, GA.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of successful field territory sales experience in a business-to-business environment or 8 years of relevant field experience in construction, surveying, or engineering industries. A BA/BS from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is preferred.  While a Machine Control background is not necessary, prior experience using Leica or Geomax robotic equipment or something similar is required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the construction industry. Utilize broad knowledge of construction, surveying, and engineering industries to effectively promote and sell our products. Demonstrate technical knowledge of construction applications to address client needs. Present yourself and the company professionally through various communication channels including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and written correspondence. Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Thrive in an outside sales environment, with a willingness to travel extensively. Work autonomously with minimal supervision while remaining self-directed and disciplined. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. Conduct pricing, distribution cost drivers, and margin analysis. Manage key accounts effectively and demonstrate strong account management skills. Demonstrate continuous professional growth and self-development.  

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Experience with construction layout using robotic total stations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software. Familiarity with high-definition laser scanning technology. Fluency in Spanish.
