**Overview** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Test, Design and Evaluation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the government customer in the Falls Church, Virginia area. **Essential Job Duties** + Designs, assesses, develops, formulates and evaluates test plans for candidate technologies, integrated technologies, and capabilities. + Analyzes alternatives, assesses objectives, proposes key objectives (e.g., demonstrating performance metrics). + Evaluates performance, utility, and potential applications during testing. + Assesses technology readiness levels (TRLs) demonstrated, verifies reported performance, evaluates actual demonstrated performance, and reprioritize efforts accordingly. + Produces monthly Special Access Program (SAP) reports and monthly technical project test assessment reports. + Conducts program demonstration and experimentation analysis of alternatives. **Minimum Requirements** + Active in Scope TS/SCI Clearance; eligible for Special Access Program read on; willing to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph if required. + Master’s degree or higher in engineering or other technological discipline. + 20+ years in an engineering or other related field. + Expert in evaluating, designing evaluating test plans. + Expert in testing candidate technologies and capabilities. + Expert in alternative analysis. + Expert in developing technology performance metrics to evaluate industry developments for consideration by the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. + Expert in evaluating performance, utility and potential applications during testing. **Preferred Qualifications** + Department of Defense or military experience desired; experience in capability development, technology transition, and acquisition a plus. **Work Environment** + Working conditions are normal for an office environment. **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
