POSITION OVERVIEW Test Center Administrators are required to support the certification of candidates utilizing the Public Pearson VUE Test Center located on Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi (MS). The Test Center priority is to support the testing requirements of the 333rd, 334th, 336th, and 338th Training Squadrons. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Support the certification of candidates utilizing the Public Pearson VUE Test Center located on Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi (MS). + Support the testing requirements of the 333rd, 334th, 336th, and 338th Training Squadrons. Any other candidate that has access to KAFB may test, time permitting. + Provide test administration support for the proctoring of the on-site Pearson VUE Testing Center. + The Test Center administers proctor testing for approximately 4,000 students annually. Every two weeks, there are approximately 150 - 220 students who require test registration or administration support; however, the number will vary depending on the number of graduates from the pre-requisite classes. + Provide daily administrative and technical support in accordance with Pearson VUE policies and procedures that are in the Pearson VUE Administrators Portal and current version + Ensure that a Pearson Vue account is established for a Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) to enable review and evaluation of contractor performance. + Register the students to obtain their vouchers for the CompTIA exams via the Air Force Space Command website. + Identify and correct student administrative errors that may have occurred during the registration process. + Register students for CompTIA exams according to Pearson VUE policies and procedures to include test compromise. + Ensure that students/candidates are proctored by Pearson VUE certified Test Center Administrator(s) while exams are being administered. + Maintain a visible testing schedule on Government furnished white board identifying dates the testing center will be used. + Adhere daily administration of Test Center, proctor exams, and register students for exam vouchers. + Ensure that all Test Center administrators are certified by Pearson VUE and provide documentation of Pearson VUE certification. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications: + Must be a U.S. Citizen + Pass a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) + Must be Pearson VUE certified + Ability to handle an average weekly load of 102 student tests and 75 new registrations for test vouchers, up to and including a maximum of 160 students testing on a single day. + Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
