The primary responsibilities of the TAB Supervisor are to make our customer’s buildings more comfortable, more efficient, more manageable, and to satisfy ABM’s TAB contracts. + The TAB Supervisor ensures that ABM’s TAB projects are completed safely to NEBB standards and project specifications. + The TAB Supervisor is responsible for generating quality, accurate and descriptive TAB reports that meet NEBB standards. + The TAB Supervisor will help train TAB technicians to be proficient in their work and interact positively with customers. + As ABM’s field representative, the TAB Supervisor’s interactions with clients are expected to always be courteous and professional. + The TAB Supervisor should work to retain and expand ABM’s customer base. + The TAB Supervisor may be required to help facilitate other related tasks, such as Commissioning, Building Envelope Testing, Duct Air Leakage Testing, etc. + ABM is a NEBB and TABB certified company, and it is expected that the TAB Supervisor maintain these certifications as well.
