Test and Balance Technician Journeyman
**Overview** **Pay:** Wages based on skill set: Entry level: $21.00 - $24.00, Mid-Level: $35.00 - $37.00, Senior Level: $40.00 - $45.00 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. This position is responsible for performing Test & Balance on assigned HVAC and Exhaust equipment, hydronic systems, and various other mechanical systems in such manner as to ensure optimal performance. **Responsibilities** • Working Safely and follow all protocols to remain safe while working in an automotive factory. Understand the basics that are required within the OSHA 10. • Working closely with Experienced **HVAC** Technicians in an automotive facility. • Maintaining System and equipment balance during new installations and the de-installation of old process equipment. • Troubleshooting issues that come from designs not being able to be met on the air requirements of the mechanical equipment. • Working as a team and keeping each other accountable and safe. No one should go home in any other condition than equal to or better than when they arrived at work that day. • Assists in emergencies as needed in the evening and / or weekends when the customer needs it. **Qualifications** • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be a willing to become a Sheet Metal workers Union # 67 member. • Must pass a drug screening (including THC) given to be able to be dispatched. • Must pass a background check. **services in the US, at a minimum, a criminal history check is required and must include (i) seven (7) years of applicable felony jurisdictions (including federal jurisdictions), (ii) five (5) years of applicable misdemeanor jurisdictions, and (iii) a “nationwide” type of a criminal history crosscheck. Jurisdictions checked must include those jurisdictions where CW/PV is known to have worked or resided in the last seven (7) years.
