**Job Description**
**_BAE Systems is currently recruiting a Lead Integration and Test Engineer for our team in Colorado Springs._**

**Part-time Position**
Job Summary:
Responsible for the test and integration of complex engineering systems used to modernize or upgrade existing systems. Responsible for the functionality and compatibility of systems in both test and live environments.
Job Duties:
The Lead Test and Integration Engineer will perform integration and test activities in support of software and hardware testing for a state of the art radar system. Testing includes component level sub-system testing up to integration into Systems of Systems for full requirements testing at Systems of Systems level.
Technical responsibilities include software integration plan preparation and maintenance, integration procedure development, software integration test execution, and supporting metrics collection
The Integration and Test Engineer will also be instrumental with performing post-test execution analysis to verify and validate software functionality as well as document and provide test procedure results
Develop testing schedules, identify critical paths, develop integration plans, provide cost estimates for such work, create staffing plans, facilitate team development, and develop risk mitigation plans
Support the planning and execution of integration activities; working with software and hardware organizations to coordinate schedules according to integration plan
Participate in design and test readiness reviews, flight tests, element and system level verification activities, and system certification
Ensure effective communication between assigned engineers and all other participants in the integration and testing process.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience with hardware/software and testing procedures, and the ability to analyze test results and report findings.
Experience troubleshooting, fault isolation and repair of large military radar or equivalent surveillance radar equipment.
Experience performing system set-up, experiments and diagnostics to evaluate printed circuit board exchanges, and troubleshoot and make component repairs based on test results.
Experience in electronics component repair.
Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams
Ability to travel is required.
This position requires the successful candidate to have an active Top Secret level clearance.
The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements.
You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance.
Salary Range: $133333- $226667
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.

Full-Time Salary Range: $133333 - $226667
