Test Article Coordinator
Job Title: Test Article CoordinatorJob Description As a Test Article Coordinator, you will manage the overall logistics of the department. You will handle receiving test articles from clients, communicating with clients about the condition of samples, and managing the shipping and receiving of samples. You will also be responsible for sample disposition and logging out test articles to the lab. Responsibilities + Manage the overall logistics of the department. + Receive test articles from clients. + Communicate with clients regarding the condition of samples. + Handle shipping and receiving of samples. + Manage sample disposition. + Log out test articles to the lab. Essential Skills + Associates or Bachelors degree in the Life Sciences. + 1+ years of logistics experience. + 1+ years of work experience demonstrating multitasking, organization, and strong customer service. + Experience with Microsoft Excel. + Strong attention to detail and focus. + Team focus and ability to work independently. + Strong work ethic and coachability. + Dependable and self-motivated. + Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and flexibility. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in laboratory, quality control, logistics, sample management, sample preparation, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, and quality assurance.
