Job Title: Test Article Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Test Article Coordinator to oversee the logistics of our department. The role involves receiving test articles from clients, communicating sample conditions, handling shipping and receiving, managing sample disposition, and logging out test articles to the lab. Each day will bring new tasks in a fast-paced environment, guided by a daily 'to-do' list.

ResponsibilitiesManage overall logistics of the departmentReceive test articles from clientsCommunicate with clients regarding the condition of samples and other related mattersHandle shipping and receiving of samplesManage sample dispositionLog out test articles to the labRequirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields)1+ years of logistics experience1+ years of work experience demonstrating multitasking, organization, and strong customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependability and self-motivationFlexibility to adapt to last-minute changesAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in laboratory, quality control, or sample managementKnowledge of quality assurance (QA)Strong work ethic and coachabilityPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
