**Job description:** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various scriptless automation tools and will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and implementing robust test automation frameworks. This role involves driving productivity improvement and increasing automation adoption across the portfolio **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and implement robust test automation frameworks across Web, API and Mobile using scriptless automation tools- preferably with SmartBear products + Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes. + Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation + Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create + Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing. + Drive innovation and continuous improvement + Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices + Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation. + Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes. **Qualifications:** + 12 years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3 years of experience working as a Test Architect and driving improvements + Mandatory experience with SmartBear products such as TestComplete, ReadyAPI, and SoapUI + Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium. + Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Test Complete, Tosca, Robot Framework.
