Test Automation Engineer: Description: - Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts - Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing - Identify, record, and track defects - Analyze testing results and provide suggestions to improve software quality - Automate testing processes using appropriate tools and frameworks (90% automated, 10% manual currently) Skills: software testing, python, C++, bug tracking, agile methodologies, scrum methodology Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST HAVE: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; preferably with GPA of 3.2 or higher - Proven experience in software testing with a solid understanding of testing methodologies - Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, Pytest) - Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Trac, Bugzilla) PLUS: - Knowledge of MULTIPLE programming languages (Javascript, Python, C++) - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
