Qualitest is looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer with expertise in UiPath and UFT. You will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on optimizing automation processes across the organization.

 

Location: Chantilly, VA (Onsite 3 days a week)

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath and UFT. Implement and support scalable and reusable automation frameworks. Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business analysts to assess automation needs. Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery. Identify opportunities for improving automation processes and tools. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in automation testing. Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

4-5 years of overall test automation experience, with 2+ years focused on UiPath automation. Strong communication skills to effectively report progress and issues. Proven experience in developing and maintaining RPA solutions using UiPath. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with UFT (Unified Functional Testing) for automated test scripts. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps. Experience with API testing and strong problem-solving skills. Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
