Our client who sits 30 minutes out of Seattle is looking to bring on a Test Automation Team Lead. This person will work on-site in their office, be hands on as a Software Engineer using C++ and develop and maintain test automation frameworks. The client is a leader in the Healthcare space and specialize in creating life saving medical devices used by hospitals nation wide. 

Responsibilities:

Test Automation: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Cucumber.  Leading a team: Being a hands-on leader strong with C++ Software Engineering, mentoring more junior developers and Automation Engineers. Continuous Integration and Deployment: Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable rapid feedback. Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar Experience: 7+ years of experience in Software and a strong understanding of Automation Technical Skills: Proficiency in C++ Software Development  Strong knowledge of test automation principles and practices  Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex ideas and presenting technical solutions.

Plusses:

Experience with medical devices Knowledge of C++ UI Practices (Qt) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
