Description We are in search of a Test Center Administrator to join our team in Westbury, New York. In this role, the Test Center Administrator will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the integrity of a detail-oriented testing environment. This includes overseeing the greeter station, assisting candidates with the check-in process, and conducting routine security checks during testing sessions. Responsibilities: • Greet and verify the identification of test takers upon arrival • Ensure that test takers do not bring unauthorized materials into the testing room • Manage light office tasks such as data entry and scheduling appointments • Provide guidance on test procedures during the check-in process • Utilize proprietary applications to start, monitor, and conclude online tests • Respond to emails and address candidate inquiries in a detail-oriented and timely manner • Routinely walk the testing room to monitor compliance and prevent cheating • Uphold test center policies and procedures to maintain a secure testing environment • Document and report any incidents or deviations during the testing process • Stay mobile throughout the day to effectively monitor the testing environment Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with Banner Ads • Proficiency in various Computer Programs • Demonstrable experience with CRM • Knowledge of About Time software • Ability to provide accurate Answers to queries • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls • Familiarity with Billing Functions • Capable of performing Clerical Duties TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
