Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Test Center Administrator. Based in Westbury, New York, the chosen candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of a detail-oriented testing environment. The job revolves around assisting test takers, managing the greeter station, and ensuring compliance with testing policies. Responsibilities: • Welcome test takers upon arrival and verify their identity • Conduct regular checks to ensure test takers do not possess unauthorized materials • Manage appointments and perform light office work such as data entry • Aid candidates with the check-in procedure and provide guidance on test procedures • Oversee web-based tests using proprietary applications • Address candidate inquiries professionally and promptly via email • Carry out frequent walkthroughs of the testing room to monitor compliance and prevent cheating • Uphold test center policies and procedures to secure a safe testing environment • Document and report any incidents or violations that occur during the testing process • Stay mobile throughout the day for effective monitoring of the testing environment Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services • Experience with Banner Ads • Familiarity with various Computer Programs • Proficiency in CRM • Experience with About Time software • Ability to provide accurate and timely answers • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls • Ability to perform Billing Functions efficiently • Capability to handle various Clerical Duties TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
