Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology.



Preferred

• 2+ years of experience in Test data management

• Hands-on experience in TDM tools like IBM Optim, Informatica TDM, Grid Data maker etc

• Expertise in test data strategy, planning and implementation

• Experience in telecom domain like accounts, billing etc

• At least 3 years experience writing complex SQLs,

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Strong knowledge of Test Data Management activities and process

• Strong Analytical skills

• Ability to lead overall test planning effort on projects

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Client's internal teams.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Good to have exposure to DWH, BI, Big Data testing including Hadoop, Hive, HDFS
