Job Description:
· Experience in defining Test Strategy and Approach documentation
· Strong knowledge of industry-defined Testing Services/Methodologies
· Testing experience (Planning, Test Case design, execution, defect management)
· Experienced in Team Management (test team size > 15)
· Project management experience
· Strong Client facing and communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Experience with implementation of onsite-offshore testing model
· Automation strategy
· Hands-on experience with automation tools (Mercury, Compuware, Rational, Segue)
· Previous experience conducting due diligence exercise for testing strategy/assessment
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task across several concurrent projects
· Experience in improving the overall SDLC approach (process re-engineering)
· Insurance domain knowledge HIPAA compliance knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
· Five years of Test Management - Test Management Best Practices
· Three years of Test Creation
· Three years of Test Strategy Creation
· Two years of manual testing
