Reliability Testing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on developing and improving test systems and auxiliary systems, driving the design process, selecting appropriate hardware and software solutions, and ensuring effective test data processing to simplify testing tasks and enhance overall efficiencyThe work model for the role is: hybrid #LIhybrid• Design, develop, and improve test systems to meet business needs.• Collaborate with teams to identify requirements and implement effective hardware and software solutions.• Ensure accurate data processing and clear visibility of test status and issues.• Create technical documentation and provide training for new test systems and processes.• Drive test system concepts from initial idea to full implementation while staying updated on new testing technologies.This position reports to Reliability Testing Manager

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical, mechanical, or software engineering.Experience in developing test systems, including hardware selection and software implementation.Strong problem-solving, design, and project management skills.Proficiency in tools and software relevant to test system development.Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate in team environments.
