We are currently seeking an experienced Test Engineer in support of the Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS).The Test Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and management of test activities for the Program Management Office (PMO). They will coordinate with key stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors, to ensure that all testing efforts are completed on time, within budget, and meet program requirements. The role also involves supporting test evaluations, reviewing data, and providing technical input and recommendations for test-related projects.ResponsibilitiesConduct various testing types, such as sub-system level, automotive performance, transportability, C4ISR, cyber, EMI/EMC, RAM, live fire, survivability, and operational testing. Integrate and execute test engineering tasks across developmental and operational test phases. Develop, review, and coordinate T&E documents like Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), System Evaluation Plans (SEP), and Failure Definition Scoring Criteria (FDSC). Serve as a liaison between the PMO/PEO and key stakeholders, including OSD, DOT&E, OUSD R&E/DTE&A, ASA(ALT), HQDA, ATEC, and other relevant organizations. Lead and participate in T&E meetings and workgroups, such as T&E Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), Reliability and Maintainability Working Groups, and Scoring Conferences. Coordinate ammunition requests and shipments via TAMIS. Oversee daily execution of testing at various test sites, coordinating with ATEC and other stakeholders. Report on vehicle testing progress, provide daily written reports, and attend test-related meetings. QualificationsSecret Security Clearance A Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited program in Engineering or Physical Sciences from a college or university. A minimum of three years of experience in DoD or Automotive testing discipline with coordination, execution, and support of DoD or Automotive systems. -OR- A minimum of four years of experience as a user or subject matter expert on ground combat systems. Experience includes working with/on tracked or wheeled ground combat vehicles in military or civilian capacity  (operator, maintainer, logistics, acquisition, or production) In addition, candidates hired to support a PM using Digital Engineering shall be capable of performing their duties in a Digital Engineering cloud environment.   Additional Information
