Job Description
EBAD seeks a capable individual for the position of Test Engineer, reporting to the Test Engineering Lead.
The Test Engineer leads the effort for environmental and functional testing of EBAD products, test lab capabilities/growth and technical problem solving.
Responsibilities include:
Requirements evaluation, translating requirement into test program scope, and test program scheduling.Equipment / Instrumentation selection, verification and validation.Data Analysis, data report creation.Test method(s) development and Prove-out and training of technical staff.Continuous Improvement; testing methods, Test processes, Documentation StewardshipTroubleshooting as needed.Fixture/Tool Design, procurement, through verification and validationPerform and lead Test Readiness ReviewsRequirements:
The candidate shall have a minimum of a BS degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering preferred) and applicable experience. Non-degreed candidates will be considered if they have a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in a test engineering environment. Candidates shall have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required. Knowledge of explosive materials and/or ordnance devices is beneficial.Electronics and instrumentation knowledge is preferred. Experience working in an aerospace industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in a test lab environment with exposure to the following areas:Climatic Testing

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
