I. Purpose of Position

The purpose of this position is to support new product development or maintain legacy product production by designing or sustaining test system.This role is under Veralto Science and Technology (VST) and work for Hach company, for detail about Hach, please visit www.hach.com.

II. Key Responsibilities

Design functional test fixture for circuit boards. Design production test fixture for whole product or product sub-system.Deliver high quality design files including fixture design drawings, test report etc.Provide test system training to factory operators.

Cooperate with team and actively involved in activities including PSP (Problem Solving Process), Kaizen, VPM (Visual Project Management), DM (Daily Management), etc.

III. Education, Background and Skill Requirements

Quick learner and curious with innovative thinking.Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Automation, etc.Minimum 3 years of test fixture design.Proficient at Labview and PLC programming.Knowledge of reading circuit board schematic and layout using Altium.Strong hand-on ability to design and build test system including hardware and software .CET-4 or above, demonstrated good English communication in both oral and written.
