Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Description

Perform Test Engineering tasks for all product test stages from requirement definition and test planning to test procedure development, test conduct, test report development, and final qualification approval. The goal is to thoroughly test and verify that fabricated mechanical components or electrical assemblies meet customer requirements. Perform full lifecycle product qualification.

Support Lab Testing environment. The role involves 50% hands-on testing and lab documentation, sometimes involving opening up cabinets to investigate issues, and 50% documentation including technical writing of procedures, testing instructions, outcomes/results, and pass/fail standards. The work includes testing at client lab and other testing at Element Testing lab in Bloomington. The small company culture offers the opportunity to work on large navy programs and technology.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00
