The Opportunity:


Opportunity to serve as a Test Engineer that will participate in planning and managing the execution of Counter RCMA technology evolutionary improvements.

This role involves getting hands-on with testing the various components that make up our system in order to ensure a high quality, mission-critical product. The effort has numerous customers which presents an opportunity to work across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities:


• Provide technical support in defining system architecture, system design, system integration and technical management
• Execute detailed requirements analysis
• Participate in product selection, CONOP, capacity planning operations and performance management
• Verify implementation of requirements to meet mission capabilities
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understand basic troubleshooting concepts
• Self-starter that can work independently
• Ability to travel 25%
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related hardware/software problems reported.


Qualifications:

Required: 


• Systems development life cycle experience (e.g., system design, interface specification, quality assurance, requirements gathering
• Experience in system testing and analysis and the software engineering process
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio
• Responsible for opening, tracking, and closing tickets
• Basic Linux knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
• Ability to generate CDRLs for customer delivery
• Ability to effectively manage daily activities and operate independently
• Experience with Linux

• No clearance is required to start. As a condition of continued employment, you must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

• Experience with managing and documenting system configurations
• Active secret clearance
• Linux experience
• Jira/Confluence experience
• Experience with Radar and/or Camera surveillance equipment
• Experience with Agile and knowledge of key agile techniques
• Experience with RF Systems
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence
• Experience with Python
• Experience with aerospace technology and RCMA a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues
• FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot License Certified

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$45,900 - $91,800
