HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Integrate with a cross-functional, remote team to execute risk-based test coverage and meet sprint goals delivering high quality software both in a collaborative team environment and independent assignmentsUse your expertise in QA test execution and test automation to validate front-end web application functionality, back-end data, and reporting/ETL dataBe an instrumental player of a SAFe scrum team throughout the life cycle of the software implementation processesValidate the development of system solutions to satisfy customer’s business needsAnalyze, document and communicate system and business processes as it relates to testingProvide technical support to existing and prospective customers for UAT testingProvide inputs for and execute against test plansAssist with design, creation, automation, and execution of test cases and scenariosPerform functional, non-functional, regression, system, and performance testingRecord actual results and compare to expected resultsDocument and perform root cause analysis of relevant defects and issuesWork independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authorityProduce the evaluated test/defects reports and take part in software walkthroughsBecome knowledgeable in the UCM application and functionality to allow you to support requirement analysis, provide accurate estimates, and develop test coverage to reduce risk and delays on the program deliverables


HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related disciplineRequired Experience: 2+ years of relevant manual and/or automated Software Quality Assurance experienceRequired Technical Skills: Ability to write and modify PostgreSQL or SQL scripts for testing; Experience with CodeCept or similar JavaScript or Playwright automation tool; Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and/or TestRail; Functional testing for an IT system or database; Agile or SAFe experience; Test automationSecurity Clearance Level: None needed, however must have the ability to obtain Public TrustRequired Skills and Abilities: Problem-solving mindset; Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time; Ability to work independently; Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources; Self-motivated, well-organized and strict attention to details; Superior written and oral communication skillsPreferred Skills: Previous experience working with CMS or medical data systems or tools; Familiarity with large, complex data sources using PostgreSQL or SQL and experience with data migration and/or maintenance activity; Experience testing in both on-premise and AWS cloud environments; Knowledge of web scripting languages; Demonstrated ability to advance technical skills to support testing; Experience testing ETL, Reporting, and/or APIs; Experience testing for Section 508 Compliance using JAWS or other similar tool(s); Ability to understand and execute against customer business requirements; Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams; Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodology; Agile certification in SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, CSM or other agile certificationsLocation: Remote 100%Working Hours: 40 hours per week, available within the core hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm ESTResidency Requirement: Applicants shall have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior to submitting an application for a Federal ID Card
