Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, the Department of Defense and often focused on the space initiatives of our government customers. + Lead to assist with the organization and participation in events, preparation for software capability delivery for Flight and Ground Tests, as well as overall test capability events + Responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of ground tests and flight tests + Travel my be required between Development sites (local and in Huntsville) as needed, on occasion + Work closely with our government customer in support of the Integrated Master Test Plan, including development of test objectives, architectures, and all event planning + Responsible for establishing test teams, as well as coordinating with lab managers, support resources, operations groups, and other external elements. Supports all required boards, customer meetings, etc. + Reviews and approves all test artifacts, including test plans, test reports, configuration items, CDRLs, etc. Provides oversight of the Data Management group and all data management functions + Support proposal activities Qualifications + Top Secret / SCI Clearance + 12 years of experience minimum + Extensive Test Background to include all components of the Testing Lifecycle; The candidate must have proven integration and test experience on large-scale DoD systems + Experience in project management and Systems Engineering preferred + Must have an understanding of Command and Control concepts and experience integrating and testing with other external systems + Must have excellent written and oral presentation skills as well as a proven record in collaborating with senior customers.
