Job Description:

You will be responsible to implement test plans to ensure verification of functional and technical requirements maintaining high quality levels, respecting test and release processes and facilitating the evolution of test discipline according to IT guidelines and targets.

You will work with different company departments to implement test programs, improving the test process and spreading the culture of quality.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Estimate test tasks in terms of time, cost, and constraintsOrganise the testing process of the various initiatives such as  plans activities, defines staff and organises their tasks, monitoring times, costs and results, communicates progress with the tools available, managing criticalities and reviewing work plansCommunicate issues detected by defect management processIdentify and implement tactical and strategic improvement actionsFacilitate team work, providing continuous feedback and identifying improvement actions and discuss risks within your squadDefine and measure test process KPIsWork with third parties according to models of relationshipManage the test process for projects of all sizes and complexity

Required skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in software testingKnowledge of Azure DevOps + Azure Test Plans or other tools for test managementHigh capability in writing SQL queries for test data preparationKnowledge of tools to test SOAP/REST interfaces such as SoapUI, Postman, JMeterEnglish language (minimum B1 level)Agile methodologyKnowledge of banking world High skill in managing data and communicating results to facilitate decisionsCollaboration, empathy and clarity in establishing contracts and rules with other teamsISTQB Certification (Test Foundation Level)

Desired skills

Knowledge of Profile core banking systemISTQB Certification (Test Manager Level)Experience in test automation fieldExperience in coordinating QA teams or service management
