Production Engineering Manager
Your role and responsibilities-Define efficient test plans independently for failed modules, with product technical documents and international standards. -Disclose the root causes and propose improvement actions. Write detailed and in-depth failure analysis reports in a good manner to support the continuous improvements.-Use various advanced analysis instruments and equipment to analyze failed modules and obtain failure data, such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters to test failed modules and dig out the root causes.-Collaborate with the R & D and production departments to drive the improvements. Ensure problems completely resolved and drive preventive actions done. Organize and summarize the failure modes and technical methods accumulated during the failure analysis process.-Provide technical support for the testing of electronics modules during the development, pre-series production, and mass production phases to improve the technical stability.
Qualifications for the role-Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electronics engineering or related fields. A master's degree is preferred.-Five years or more of experience in failure analysis of electronics, with excellent problem- analysis and practical operation abilities. Those with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.-Proficient in circuit principles, able to read circuit diagrams, and debug hardware. Those who understand the failure modes and mechanisms of common components and are familiar with the production process of electronic products are preferred.-Excellent knowhow in the operation of various failure analysis instruments and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, load testers, X - ray instruments, etc. Those who can have soldering skills are preferred.-Excellent collaboration spirit, able to communicate and work closely with colleagues from different teams to face challenges.-Proficient in SAP, MS Office. Excellent English reading and writing skills as well as good listening and speaking abilities: able to read and write English technical documents, and communicate independently with foreign engineers.
