Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading **Laptop/Desktop** organization in the **Boise, ID** for a **Associate Financial Analyst** role to assist their team. **Industry:** **Laptop/Desktop** **Title:** **Test Engineer II** **Location: Boise, ID** **Pay Rate: $30-35/hr on W2 (Depemd on experience and inetrview)** **Duration: 12 months Contrcat with possible extension or hiring** **Job Description** : + Administer Microsoft Active Directory domain users, groups, OUs, and group policies, and ensuring proper security rights are assigned. + Administer DNS servers for domain. + Administer DHCP servers and DHCP scope for lab and create and maintain reservation list. + Administer file share settings. + Implement and troubleshoot network connectivity within lab space. Communicate with Boise R&D Network engineers if issues are seen with the core switches in the lab or if there are issues with the VLANs. + Work with Boise R&D Network engineers on requirements for protocols the need to be allowed through the “firewall”. + Utilize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to audit and deploy security updates + Ensure correct implementation of systems to align with cyber security standards and policies. + Administer 4 ESXi servers, 1 vCenter Server with over 200 VM images. + Create new VMs upon request capacity for testers. + Monitor performance and utilization of servers and virtual systems to implement changes as needed or make recommendations for future improvements. + If an issue occurs, be able to rebuild from scratch + Maintain vSphere licensing + Install VMWare patches both through vCenter and on manually on ESXi server + Administer Windows Deployment Server (WDS) infrastructure and update images + Maintain test lab (over 10 test clients) and printer pool (600+ printers) + Maintain printer function and if unable to resolve find correct contact to help resolve the issue. + Maintain inventory of toner and supplies for printers and cables and other components for computers. + Download and install firmware for all LaserJets, DeskJets, OfficeJets and Pagewide printers in lab. + Work with firmware engineers if there are issues with pre-production firmware. + Administer printer pool check out process + Manage back-up and restoring files and complete systems with Commvault. + Troubleshoot and validate both hardware and software issues with physical servers and virtual servers. + Replace components for servers when needed (hard drives, batteries, etc) + Work closely with developers providing support for their projects + Provide support for testers to enable them to complete whatever testing is required of them. This includes training them on specific testing frameworks, processes and operating systems + Elicit detailed instructions from clients and apply these to create identical environments for the purpose of defect replication and testing.
