A successful candidate should be a journeyman level engineer. You should have the engineering knowledge to understand promising autonomous technology and learn quickly about advanced concepts. You must have the ability to create visual materials, technical illustrations, and diagrams using Microsoft PowerPoint and graphic design software. You should also be innovative with work processes. You must also be able to travel approximately 25% of the time and surge during key periods of activity, which will even out at other times.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:


• Provide test support, to include supporting test planning meetings and observing and reporting on test and evaluation activities.
• Provide engineering support to review contractual products for technical merit and support their continuous improvement.
• Execute, document, and communicate research of advanced concepts.
• Attend programmatic meetings and help develop and coordinate program schedules and budgets.
• Create visual materials, technical illustrations, and diagrams to enhance engineering documentation and presentations. This work shall include collaborating with the team to produce clear and effective visuals that communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• An ABET-Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a program office, test organization, or similar organization.
• Demonstrated graphics design knowledge using Microsoft PowerPoint and graphic design software.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Highly Desirable Skills:


• 1+ years of test experience.
• Experience in a program office or similar organization.
• Experience with researching or working on new technology
• Demonstrated experience with writing reports and summary briefings.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project.

Clearance Requirements:


• Top Secret, with SCI and SAP eligibility.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:


• This is a hybrid position requiring one or more days per week in classified spaces and teleworking otherwise.
• Approximately 25% travel is required to government and industry locations.
