Test Engineer - Software
Job Title: Test Engineer - SoftwareJob Description Test Engineers are responsible for developing test scripts, firmware, and other software necessary for electronics test and manufacturing. Responsibilities + Develop test scripts for electronics testing and manufacturing. + Create and maintain firmware necessary for electronics testing. + Utilize test equipment to ensure quality and functionality of products. + Perform software testing to identify and resolve issues. + Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance test processes. Essential Skills + Proficiency in test engineering. + Experience with software testing. + Knowledge of test equipment and its applications. + Ability to develop test scripts and firmware. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Labview. + Experience with C++ or Python. + Knowledge of hardware testing equipment. + Familiarity with oscilloscopes. Work Environment The role reports directly to the Test Engineering Manager and involves working with cutting-edge test equipment and software. This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity for one year. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
