Coordinating functions for managing test programs, resources, equipment and information

WHAT TO EXPECT

Taking responsibility for managing validation programs in a laboratory environmentEvaluation and planning of the validation programs, and continuously monitoring their progressAnalysis of potential risks, and opportunities for improvementManaging the tasks and schedules of equipment and manpower needed for perfuming validation testsParticipation in negotiations with Design engineers and Test engineers and insuring active and reliable communication between the departmentsEnsure that programs are in compliance with standards for good laboratory and manufacturing practicesGood overall knowledge of the technical details of the company’s products and the tests conducted in the laboratoryEnsuring continuous monitoring of the quality and on time delivery of validation resultsEvaluation of the test results, and reporting them to the company’s internal structureActive participation in solving complex problems related to the tested products as well as the test equipment

WHO IS THE PERFECT FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• Knowledge of electronics measurement and test equipment.
• Background in Electronics, Mechanics, and Materials;

• 2-3 years of working experience
• Proven professional experience as a project coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project management, from concept to final stage
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills and customer orientation
• Have a passion for quality, attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Hands on testing experience is an advantage
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good English level (B2).
