General Overview
This position will support all Engineering Department projects by assisting in project management, processes, and documentation for design, process, product, and quality validations and qualifications. People management responsibilities include formally managing and daily direction of Associate Test Technicians in Ripley, MS. Project management responsibilities will include management and tracking of Design Validation Plans (DVPRs) and Process Control & Improvement Plans (PCIPs) and participation in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DEFMEAs) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) as well as supporting all Quality initiatives. Test department responsibilities will also include tracking, managing, and reporting on all test requests from the Engineering Department, in addition to creating, updating, improving, and maintaining test department SOPs and calibration schedules. This is an Engineering Supervisor role with heavy emphasis on project management for projects focusing on lab, design, process, and quality systems projects.

Minimum:
B.S. in Engineering or related field – chemical or mechanicalProject management experience5+ years of experience in product testing and test lab operationsExperience in product developmentKnowledge of when to escalate problems or issues; able to communicate results effectivelyAble to inspire others and share passion for our vision, culture, and opportunityDemonstrates strategic thinking, operational intelligence, and sound judgmentData-driven with a balance between data and intuition; strong documentation skillsCollaborative and able to build partnerships and ensure shared successProficiency in the following or similar software applications: PLC Logic(s), MatLab, Python, R, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Desired:
