As a Test Technician, you’ll work alongside engineers and technical teams, assisting with system calibrations, component fabrication, and documentation of test procedures. **What YOU Will Do:**
+ Assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical test equipment.
+ Assist in fabricating and documenting new and existing test equipment.
+ Perform system calibrations and follow standardized procedures to ensure accuracy.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical layouts.
+ Reverse-engineer and document cables, fixtures, and test components.
+ Order and replace parts as needed to keep test stations fully operational.
+ Support engineers in evaluating and upgrading test systems.
+ Provide hands-on technical support for production and engineering teams.
+ Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations.
+ Train fellow technicians and support plant-wide troubleshooting efforts.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Certification may be required for technical support roles
+ Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Electrical Engineering two-year degree with 4+ years of experience in small electromechanical assembly or gyroscope-related products
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
+ Familiarity with Final Acceptance Test Equipment (Multi-Axis Rate Tables, Vibration Systems, Environmental Stress Systems)
+ Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
+ Background in Mechanical/Electrical Process Engineering
+ Knowledge of Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) tools such as Six Sigma or ACE
+ A hands-on, multitasking approach to problem-solving

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 126,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
