This is an on-site position. **Responsibilities include but not limited to:** + Provides engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems in the engineering discipline required to meet technical requirements. + Makes recommendations and advises on system development, improvements, optimization, or support efforts. + Performs risk assessments and analysis employing modeling and simulation techniques. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field. + Experience should include the following elements: + Knowledge of systems development lifecycle + Knowledge of systems engineering principles + Knowledge of DoD 5000 + Knowledge of CMMI + Knowledge of ISO 9000 + Knowledge of rapid prototyping + Knowledge of Agile development **Preferred Qualifications** + Top Secret Clearance preferred. + BS/MS Degree + Five (5) or more years of experience. + Technology Insertion, Prototyping, and integration + Test and Evaluation + AoA + NAVAIR processed to support requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities throughout all lifecycle phases. **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a US Citizen + Must have current/active Secret clearance, and be willing and able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. + Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
