The Space and Intelligence (S&I) Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge computer-based solutions, advanced technologies and progressive capabilities to meet those needs.

 

The S&I Division comprises the Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), the Space Systems Group (SSG), and the Strategic Technology Analysis Group (STAG), which collectively provide outstanding support to help their customers achieve our nation’s most critical objectives and goals designed to protect the safety and livelihoods of all U.S. Citizens, military forces at home and abroad.

 

SPA has an immediate need for a number of a highly qualified Test & Evaluation (T&E) Analyst at the Mid- (Journeyman) level of seniority to support our new U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command Hemisphere contract in the Colorado Springs, CO or El Segundo, CA areas.

 

Travel is not anticipated but would occur less than five percent of the time on an occasional and irregular basis and be limited to domestic locations only. 

Responsibilities

A Journeyman T&E Analyst shall be:

Experienced with DoD Test and Evaluation policies, practices, and processes.Experienced with Modeling & Simulation process and versed in associated T&E tools and techniques.Able to generate verification and validation test plans and analyze resultant data from both ground and orbital test events.Able to support the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A) process.Experienced with space T&E activities down to the Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES) level. Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance or TS/SCI Eligible statusU.S. Citizens only3-8 years of relevant T&E experienceEarned Bachelor of Science in relevant technical disciplines such as Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Operations ResearchWorking experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, or system engineering of large complex System of SystemsExperience with and strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle (SELC) and of U.S. Air Force and/or U.S. Space Force T&E policies, practices, processes and procedures

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  Pay Transparency Range:  100k - 160k
