HX5 is currently seeking a Test & Evaluations Manager to support the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of DoD test and evaluation processes to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment. Prepare, maintain, update, and review the full range of test plans and test-related documentation. Assist in scheduling and securing required test resources in support of project/program office objectives. Support definition of minimum test requirements, definition of task scope, and selection of alternatives. Provide data collection assistance and evaluate the data for sufficiency. Perform data analysis using Modeling and Simulation (M&S) techniques, models, computer simulations, or other tools/methods as necessary.Education and Experience
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience; High school diploma, twenty (20) years of relevant experience, and eight (8) years of DoD experience. Bachelor’s degree, fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, and five (5) years of DoD experience. Master’s degree, twelve (12) years of relevant experience, and five (5) years of DoD experience.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
