Job Summary:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projectsMonitor to ensure quality control expectations are metManage schedules to ensure contract complianceReview employee performanceAbility to execute constructive discipline processComplete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelinesOther projects as assignedReport payrollMaintain all compliance and safety regulationsUpkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders Knowledge and Skill Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish a MUSTMinimum of Five (3) years managing janitorial operationFlexibility with hours and scheduleTechnical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service deliveryProficiency in Microsoft Suite CompensationHarvard is offering a competitive salary structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
