Position Summary
This role is to manage the delivery of Guidewire testing project, with hands on experience in Guidewire applications and digital applications. Need expertise in handling migration projects across all phases of project. Extensive experience in product testing, team leading, stakeholder management, status reporting, delivery management and any product consulting and test strategy.

Mandatory Skills

Candidate should have prior minimum 8+ years of experience in Guidewire Testing (PC, BC, CC) Working experience in Insurance – P&C domain. Ruby, Selenium, Mongo BD, Cucumber Guidewire Certification Create Test Strategy / Test Plan and work closely with Program Manager. Analyse requirments and estimate. Highlight any dependencies. Plan and scheudle testing and manage issues and risks. Create Test scenarios and Test cases. Create and maintain Traceability matrix. Execute Test cases, log and manage defects. Identify test scenarios to be automated. Capture lessons learnt and the best practices adopted. Seek sign off from the client at various stages of the cycle as required. Coordinate with required stakeholders to triage defects, get the issues resolved. Guidewire Certification

Roles And Responsibilities

Strong experience in software testing. Hands on experience in Guidewire testing, finance testing and integrations testing. Good working experience in Agile and Watefall projects. Identifying customer challenges and proactively working with different groups to propose solutions Experience in leading and mentoring team Ability to perform deep research on various options based on specific client needs and asks Experience in estimation, planning and tracking test execution Create and maintain Traceability matrix. Execute Test cases, log and manage defects. Identify test scenarios to be automated. Manage automation deliveries. Working experience in Insurance – P&C domain. Expertise in Guidewire testing. Good communication and presentation skills Has previously worked on both onsite & offshore working model Has previous experience in Data Migration projects Able to triage the defects with clear instruction of how to replicate/detailed descriptions/attached logs/evidence and track it to closure Ability to create Test Execution & Reporting dashboard leveraging the tools within Customer environment Ability to prepare daily status reports, weekly status reports and present it to senior stakeholders within Cognizant and Customer Ability to identify risks & issues in the project execution and raise in relevant forums for closure

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
