Qualifications:

Bachelors or Equivalent degree (Science, STEM, etc) Possess a strong background in GEN AI Testing with proven experience Demonstrate good understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain Experience in git Copilot & prompt engineering. Any solutions built using Copilot would be handy Strong Test Automation skills with 8-10 yrs experience. Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Display ability to manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in project deliverables Demonstrate ability to monitor and manage project budgets effectively Possess strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues Exhibit ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Show commitment to continuous improvement and learning from project evaluations Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Display ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Oversee the execution of GEN AI Testing projects to ensure quality and compliance GEN AI + Prompt Engineering skillset Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues Ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project workflows Support the team in resolving technical issues related to GEN AI Testing Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
