CTG is assisting a client in Anchorage, AK for a Training Developer/Specialist!
**Location:** Anchorage, AK
**Duration:** 7 months
**Salary:** Based on experience
**Duties:**
+ Review progress on Training materials to date
+ Review Test cases to assess usability for training materials
+ Develop Training materials
+ Develop Training plan and schedule
+ Deliver training to end users
+ Plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a team that performs testing on system implementations. Responsible for designing, planning and implementing effective test strategies to ensure the quality of software or systems within a company.
+ Responsible for ensuring that every software or system implemented is thoroughly checked and meets the organization's quality benchmarks. You devise robust test strategies, manage testing teams and coordinate with different departments to ensure a collaborative approach to quality assurance.
+ The test manager curates and deploys comprehensive test strategies based on the existing system's requirements. These strategies are designed to identify and rectify any flaws or weaknesses within the system before its rollout.
**Skills:**
+ PowerBI, Dashboards, Strong knowledge of CIS tools/systems/implementation.
+ Able to write test plans; task plans or tasks, traveling plans-project travel schedules, work with business to coordinate systems.
+ Manages test plan incidents, prioritize severity of incidents, put in chart, watch trends, make sure high priority incidents go down before milestone.
+ Able to work closely with businesspeople a plus.
+ User friendly.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
