Job Description:

'- Coordination and moderation at meetings / project rounds to discuss the test results with the supplier or the OEM development department
- Creation and maintenance of a test plan based on the weighting of the functions for the ECUs incl. Timeline
- Preparation and communication of the results to the project, the supplier, OEM development and all other test stages (Reporting)
- development and updating of central test management documents
- Planning of the test scopes, Collection of new requirements for the test environment and booking of the test environments
- Preparation of the test environments (e.g. connection of the Control unit, support for Flash,...)
- Control of test progress and Tracking of process specifications & Reporting on the test status of the project / test domain (test progress and error landscape)
- Uncovering test gaps between suppliers and OEM
- Determination of supplier status: test activities, real schedules, test depth & test quality and Ensuring documentations
- Coordination of the necessary extensions with regard to the test environment such as required ECU software / hardware / wiring harnesses

Skills

ISTQB certification of employees (e.g. Certified Tester - Test Manager)
- Experience in the field of functional safety (ISO26262)
- System and validation knowledge in the automotive and commercial vehicle environment
- Ability to coordinate development/validation tasks
- Many years of experience in the support of test bench setups
- Experience in moderating formal reviews (review methodology)
- Specific expertise in the field of bus communication (Ethernet, CAN)
- Good knowledge of "Microsoft Office"
- Experience with the tools "Atlassian JIRA / Confluence"
- Experience with database systems (preferably "Vector eese") for documenting tasks / results
- Experience in facilitating/conducting formal reviews (review methodologies)
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and tools
- Experience in systematic problem analysis in the context of development and troubleshooting
- Very good knowledge of German and English (Technical English)
