Test Manager
Location: Troy, MI
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
8+ years of experience in software testing or Test Data Management roles and 3+ years of experience in Genrocket tool.
Deep knowledge of Test Data Management (TDM) principles and strategies
Proficiency in test data masking, anonymization, and compliance methodologies
Experience with integration of TDM tools in CI/CD pipelines.
Develop scalable and reusable Test Data Management strategies to meet organizational testing needs.
Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective test data provisioning processes.
Provide expertise in creating synthetic test data using GenRocket.
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for test data provisioning.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Partner with Client on strategic TDM roadmap providing information on options and best practices and POV
2. Skilled and experienced TDM (Test Data Management) Architect with hands-on expertise in GenRocket to design, implement, and manage efficient test data solutions
3. Possess a deep understanding of test data strategies, automation, and industry best practices, along with a proven ability to integrate GenRocket into enterprise environments
4. Set up the process and broadcasts the same to avoid any unnecessary delays in requests and responses.
5. Manages the Test Data requests coming in from different projects across different domains.
