Circle K Business Centre is a shared service center which supports Circle K Europe operations through a wide range of services within Finance & Control, Information Technologies, Human Resources, Transport Fuel and Customer Service.

Core Responsibilities:1. Test Strategy and Planning
Define and implement the overall test strategy.
Develop test plans, schedules, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify testing scope, objectives, risks, and constraints based on requirements.
2. Quality Leadership
Manage and mentor testing teams to enhance their skills and performance.
Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Foster a culture of cooperation between testers, developers, and product teams.
3. Test Execution and Management
Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
Develop processes to make sure defects are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
Design and implement automation frameworks and tools to optimize testing efforts.
4. Quality Assurance Governance
Establish and monitor quality metrics to measure testing effectiveness (e.g., defect rates, coverage).
Drive adherence to testing processes, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
Conduct regular audits and reviews of test documentation and processes.
5. Risk Management
Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality, schedules, and test coverage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of unresolved defects.
Prioritize critical testing activities to meet business goals under tight deadlines.
6. Testing Tools and Process Optimization
Select and manage tools for test management, automation, and defect tracking.
Continuously optimize processes to improve test efficiency and reduce testing cycles.
Keep up with industry trends and innovations to improve testing approaches.
7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with development, product management, and business teams to align testing objectives.
Ensure clear communication of testing progress, risks, and quality insights.
Participate in testing CoP and CoE and drive internal sessions like retrospective within Quality area.
8. Reporting and Communication
Provide clear, concise reports on testing progress, defect status, and overall software quality.
Communicate testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Develop dashboards and metrics for visibility into test coverage and defect trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Technical Skills:
10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in manual and automated testing across complex applications.
Strong understanding of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, Intelij, JUnit, Postman, JMeter, TestNG).
Knowledge of performance and security testing strategies.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities.
Experience managing large-scale testing efforts in agile/scrum/SAFe environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and risk-management abilities.
Ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and adapt to changing requirements.
Educational Requirements:
Preferred Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ISTQB or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in enterprise applications, cloud-based testing, or microservices architecture.
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven testing tools or solutions.
Understanding of DevOps principles and Shift-Left testing approaches.
