**Job Title: Test Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Test Operator to perform in-circuit testing of circuit boards using automated equipment such as ICT GENRARD or AGILENT. The role includes maintaining records and logs as required, performing other test-related duties, and cross-training in functions assigned by lead or supervisor. **Responsibilities** + Perform in-circuit testing of circuit boards using automated equipment such as ICT GENRARD or AGILENT. + Maintain accurate records and logs as required. + Carry out other test-related duties as necessary. + Cross-train in functions assigned by lead or supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Good communication skills. + Understanding of basic electronics assembly. + Proficiency in basic computer skills. + Ability to read and understand MPI and drawings. + Ability to read and write in English. + Ability to identify component names, values, and orientations. + Minimum 2 years of experience in testing preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferable. + Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IPC-610A standards. + Skills in assembly, inspection, equipment operation, and component assembly. + Experience with SMT and electronic assembly. + Ability to interpret blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a supportive and collaborative work environment where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged.
