Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable candidates for a Test Operator position with a company in Erie, PA.  This is a 1st shift position with a pay rate of $16/hour.

Troubleshooter

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm When overtime is needed the shift will go until 3:30pm or 4pm
Pay rate: $15-16/hour

Duties Test electronic products, components and systems for electrical continuity, function andreliability on a variety of test platforms and static stress chambers Determine if the designated product passes all test cycles and collect diagnostic information needed to isolate any product failure Inspect product for correct placement and orientation of untested components, physical damage or contamination Place the appropriate test marks on all electronics pass test Enter test yield data into appropriate process control system Perform routine preventative maintenance on testers, chambers, fixtures, carrier cards, etc. Qualifications Working knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems Familiarity with automated and manual test equipment Previous OEM or EMS industry experience highly desirable Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities Above average communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas Benefits Full benefits 1st day of employment (health, dental, vision, etc.) 401k with company match Paid time off and paid holidays
