**Hiring 3 Test Operators in Milpitas! Swing Shift**
**Job Description**
The ideal candidates will perform box-build assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic products according to instructions. Flexibility with cross-functional job arrangements by the supervisor is required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform box-build assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic products following instructions.
+ Adapt to cross-functional job arrangements as directed by the supervisor.
+ Utilize basic mechanical operation skills and electronic manufacturing knowledge.
+ Lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 95% of the time.
+ Demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly.
+ Apply basic computer operation skills, electronic components knowledge, and ESD handling.
**Essential Skills**
+ Good communication skills and understanding of basic electronics assembly.
+ Basic computer skills, ability to read and understand MPI and drawings.
+ Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
+ Ability to identify component names, values, and orientations.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing preferred.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferable.

Work in an EMS environment with SMT technology. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
