This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance with standards. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Perform inspection, product-specific test setup, and operation to ensure product meets quality standards. + Follow detailed test procedures and guidelines for product testing. + Enter test results into the quality system, interpret diagnostic data, and label products appropriately for the next process stage. + Identify and report defective components promptly. + Assemble and/or program circuit board assemblies as required by production needs. + Ensure accuracy and integrity of work-in-progress within the assigned work cell. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and surrounding workspace. + Actively participate in Quality team meetings and initiatives, as required. + Adhere to all applicable ISO and job-specific procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. + Maintain ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) integrity within the production environment. + Train other employees as needed to maintain team competency. + Undertake additional responsibilities as directed to support business needs. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent education required. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics testing, preferably in a test environment. + Knowledge of PCB assembly, product assembly processes, component value identification, and component nomenclature. + Ability to perform tasks using written procedures, verbal instructions, and visual aids. + Basic computer proficiency, problem-solving skills, and workstation operations. + Effective multitasking capabilities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. + Flexibility to work varied hours based on business needs. + Familiarity with ISO9001 standards and processes. + Must meet the requirements of "U.S. Person" as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 due to ITAR-controlled technical data handling. \#GRACE \#IN As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
