Test Project Manager
Job Title: Pilot Program Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of our test pilot program. This role requires a high degree of ownership and responsibility, and offers significant growth opportunities within the company. Responsibilities + Schedule pilot tests, test unit delivery and returns, and machine maintenance. + Own the pilot and rental schedule tabs on the Process Schedule. + Write up pilot agreements for trials ensuring proper machine and ancillaries are specified. + Act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the duration of the trial. + Coordinate customer testing and process technical schedules. + Prepare reports for internal documentation of issues encountered with onsite pilot test activities and external reports of process results. + Develop and improve upon pilot testing procedures and data collection. + Prepare test plans for each trial and rental descriptions for equipment. + Work internally with teams to coordinate and support in-house testing. + Provide remote support to process technicians during pilot tests. + Assist customers and test technicians with setup and coordination of test equipment. + Communicate with FWSE, Engineering, Sales, and Process on test results. + Travel with process technicians periodically to support important projects. Essential Skills + Technical experience with a degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related field. + Experience with project scheduling and coordination. + Strong technical writing skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Experience with project management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in municipal wastewater, oil and gas, animal rendering, bio-ethanol, food and beverage, and/or pharmaceutical industries. + Experience with mechanical design of centrifuges, and electrical/controls. Work Environment This position is on-site 4-5 days a week at our office in Florence, KY. The work environment is primarily office-based with minimal travel (approximately 10%). Initially, the role requires observing a couple of test pilot runs to get acclimated. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.
